We offer the supply and complete installation of gabion retaining walls constructed from mechanically woven double twisted hexagonal shaped mesh with sections of 60mm X 80mm / 80mm X 100mm / 100mm X 120mm. These are made from Zn+PVC / Zn Alloy+PVC (Galfan) coated GI wire of Dia 2.7/3.7mm (2.7mm GI Wire + 1MM Polymer/PVC), with each gabion unit having a height of 1 meter, adhering to both IS16014:2012 and Non-IS Zn coating standards. Our site survey for gabion walls involves detailed studies to supplement and verify site information provided by the client, conducted by our geological expert and structural consultant team. This process may begin with a simple walkover survey, progressing to more detailed evaluations focused on specific issues if necessary.
We conduct requirement-based soil investigations, taking bores under the guidance of geological experts for foundation strata analysis. Our services also include pre-construction design and estimation, excavation of soft soil when needed for gabion wall foundations, and soling on a plane compacted surface for the base of gabion walls with rubble.
